  • At Nearby Pets India, we prioritize transparency and security in every adoption. To ensure a smooth transition for your new companion and to manage the logistics of safe animal transport, we operate on a 35/65 payment structure.
  • 1. Booking Deposit (35%)
  • To officially reserve your pet, an initial 35% deposit is required.
    1. Purpose: This secures your booking, removes the pet from our public listings, and initiates the scheduling for our specialized In-Person Delivery.
    2. Confirmation: Upon receipt of the deposit, we will provide your formal booking Payment Reciept.

     

  • Accepted Payment Methods:
    • Within India: UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, and Internet Banking.
    • International (Excluding US/Canada): PayPal, Wise, Western Union, and Remitly.
    • USA, Canada & Australia: You may deposit directly into our local company bank accounts in these respective countries.
  • 2. Balance Payment (65% Cash on Delivery)
  • The remaining 65% balance is payable only when your pet arrives safely at your doorstep.
    • Total Confidence: You pay the final balance only after you have personally met your pet and verified its health and temperament and Certifications.
    • Flexible Handover: This final installment can be paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), instant UPI transfer, or Debit/Credit card at the time of delivery.
  • Why We Use This Policy
    • Buyer Protection: This structure ensures you only pay the majority of the cost once the pet is physically in your care.
    • Mutual Commitment: The deposit allows us to prioritize serious pet parents and dedicate the necessary resources to prepare your pet for their "forever home."
    • Logistical Security: It covers the specialized handling and logistics required to transport live animals safely across India.
