Terms and Conditions - Nearby Pets India (KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited)

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Nearby Pets India platform for the purchase of live pets. By placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Company Information:

Nearby Pets India is managed by KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited.

2. Age Restriction:

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order for a live pet. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Ordering and Payment:

Order Placement: Orders are placed through the Nearby Pets India platform.
Partial Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 35% of the total order value is required within 48 hours of placing the order.
Full Payment: Full payment is required upon generation of the invoice. A digital or physical receipt will be provided upon successful payment.
No Cash on Delivery: Nearby Pets India does not offer 100% Cash on Delivery (COD).
 

Payment Modes:
Bank Transfers (IMPS, NEFT, UPI) are the accepted payment methods for domestic customers.
International customers can use Remitly or, if available, make payments to a designated country-specific bank account.
Payment Confirmation: The order will be processed only after the full payment is confirmed.

 

4. Pet Health and Guarantee:

Veterinary Checks: All pets undergo thorough veterinary checks.
Vaccinations: The first vaccination is administered before the pet is released.
Lineage Checks: Lineage checks are conducted to ensure the pet's pedigree.
Pure Guarantee Certificate: A digital or physical Pure Guarantee Certificate will be provided.
Live Animal Guarantee: Nearby Pets India provides a live animal guarantee, subject to applicable state regulations.

 

5. State Regulations and Bans:

The availability of certain breeds may vary based on state government approvals and regulations.
Certain dog breeds may be banned in specific states. It is the customer's responsibility to verify local regulations.

 

6. Refund and Cancellation Policy:

7. Policy Updates:

Nearby Pets India reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

Invoices will be generated after the order is confirmed.

10. Liabilities:

KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited is not liable for any issues arising due to incorrect information provided by the customer & KRP Tech Solutions OPC Private Limited is not liable for any issues arising due to customer negligence after the pet is handed over.

11. Legal Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
