2.1. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These keep you signed in, maintain your cart and checkout session, and protect forms against automated abuse (CSRF protection). These cannot be disabled without breaking core functionality — blocking them will prevent you from signing in or placing an order.

2.2. Analytics and Performance

These services receive technical telemetry such as IP-derived approximate location, browser and device type, and page interactions. They are used to understand behaviour in aggregate, not to identify you personally.

2.3. Advertising Cookies — Not Used

Nearby Pets India does not serve third-party advertising and does not place advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not share your name or direct identifying information with advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not sell personal information.

3. Aggregate Location Reporting

Our live user map displays visitor counts by Indian city and state derived from the analytics services above. It shows aggregate counts only, reveals no street address or full IP address, and identifies no individual. Analytics providers additionally withhold very small counts, so some locations do not appear at all.

4. How to Control Cookies

• Browser controls: all major browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings, and to be notified before a cookie is stored.
• Google Analytics opt-out: Google publishes a browser add-on that prevents Analytics from collecting data.
• Do Not Track: where your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics providers handle it in accordance with their own published policies.

Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent order placement and account access.

5. Changes

If we add or remove a tracking technology, this Policy will be updated with a revised date. Continued use of the Platform after such a change constitutes acceptance.
