Law Enforcement Requisition

This form does not give access to customer data. It records your requisition and routes it to our Nodal Officer, who verifies the notice and replies with a scoped, certified disclosure to your official email address. A verification code will be sent to that address to confirm you control the mailbox — this confirms the mailbox only, and is not by itself authority to obtain data.

For urgent matters involving imminent risk to life or safety, select the emergency request type; these are actioned the same day. You may also write directly to legal@nearby-petstore.in.

Request type A data requisition requires an FIR number and the signed notice. Preservation places a 90-day hold and discloses nothing.
